Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce, including over 3 years working with Financial Services Cloud or similar financial implementations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Industries OmniStudio and banking environment deployments.
- Understanding of sales and marketing methodologies such as account/territory/opportunity management, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce technology stack, including administration, JavaScript, Lightning Design System, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Competence with analysis and reporting tools like Salesforce, SAS BI, MS BI, or Tableau.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform, are preferred.
- Ability to map customer processes and suggest impactful modifications.
- Capacity to manage various priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presentations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of customer and partner relationship strategies.
- Familiarity with the customer journey and mapping touchpoints in the sales process.
- Basic understanding of APIs and REST.
- Introductory knowledge of database architecture.
- Experience with ITIL or formal software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to teach others, interpret documentation, and draft reports and correspondence.
- Capability to handle complex issues involving multiple variables in non-standard situations.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable and effective Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
- Assess and recommend technical solutions, including AppExchange products, to improve functionality.
- Oversee Salesforce system administration duties: custom objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.
- Implement automation techniques such as workflows, approval processes, and rules to enhance operations.
- Guarantee data governance through audits, data management, and adherence to quality standards.
- Create and execute test plans to validate solutions.
- Lead Salesforce integrations to maintain data consistency and flow across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess integration needs and sustain implementations.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and act as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain automations, workflows, and approvals for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Share best practices, industry insights, and new features with the team, contributing to internal knowledge resources.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and industry best practices.
- Remain focused and adaptable in a changing work environment.
- Clearly present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Travel occasionally for training and team meetings, and be willing to travel periodically to various market locations as needed.
- May require working in a Midland office to facilitate collaboration and support for internal and external clients.
- Comply with all relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
