Senior Salesforce Engineer - Financial Services

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce, including over 3 years working with Financial Services Cloud or similar financial implementations. - Proficiency with Salesforce Industries OmniStudio and banking environment deployments. - Understanding of sales and marketing methodologies such as account/territory/opportunity management, demand generation, and lead nurturing. - Familiarity with the Salesforce technology stack, including administration, JavaScript, Lightning Design System, Apex, and Visualforce. - Competence with analysis and reporting tools like Salesforce, SAS BI, MS BI, or Tableau. - Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform, are preferred. - Ability to map customer processes and suggest impactful modifications. - Capacity to manage various priorities in a fast-paced work environment. - Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presentations. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Knowledge of customer and partner relationship strategies. - Familiarity with the customer journey and mapping touchpoints in the sales process. - Basic understanding of APIs and REST. - Introductory knowledge of database architecture. - Experience with ITIL or formal software development lifecycle methodologies. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to teach others, interpret documentation, and draft reports and correspondence. - Capability to handle complex issues involving multiple variables in non-standard situations.
