Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree preferred, or High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with provisioning EMR platforms and related healthcare applications and systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 licensing provisioning
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) provisioning
- Understanding or experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms
- Knowledge of NIST 27001 and NIST 405d security frameworks
- Ability to manage basic issues and refer complex matters to higher-level staff
Responsibilities
- Support user provisioning by setting up, maintaining, and deactivating various IT user accounts and access to relevant folders, files, and directories
- Ensure users are granted appropriate access levels in line with IT standard operating policies and procedures
- Investigate potential security incidents and collaborate with necessary process partners
- Review user access controls and suggest enhancements to mitigate risks
- Promote awareness and adherence to access control procedures within the user community
- Participate in internal and external audit activities, providing access lists for compliance verification
- Address basic issues while escalating more complex challenges to senior personnel
- Continuously enhance knowledge of relevant subject matter
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
