Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree along with 8+ years of experience in product, service, or program management or software development
- Alternatively, Bachelors Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent background
- Proven experience in leading product teams focused on building innovative products
- Background in advertising, privacy, conversational AI, generative AI, or transferable skills
- Familiarity with developing consumer products that utilize Machine Learning or Large Language Models
- Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving requirements and deadlines
- Demonstrated capacity to foster a positive, inclusive workplace while promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team
- Experience with data analytics and experimentation tools
- Proficient in SQL along with coding skills in Python and Javascript
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of top-notch AI applications that captivate consumers and achieve business objectives
- Take ownership of a product area, understanding user needs and behaviors to inform product requirements
- Oversee the complete product development cycle, including launches and iterative improvements
- Navigate obstacles to expedite the delivery of solutions to users effectively
- Enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, customer-centered product development environment
- Convert business objectives into strategies, user experience, and technical requirements alongside UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing teams
- Set performance goals and indicators, design experiments, and analyze results to assess success
- Communicate and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to create outstanding consumer-grade applications
