Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and over 2 years of technical engineering experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and experience in building scalable services.
- Experience in creating applications, libraries, SDKs, and other components of development platforms.
- Ability to comply with Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check and its periodic updates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of services and end-to-end solutions that enhance user experiences and meet key business goals.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team including engineers, program managers, designers, and partner organizations.
- Update and improve development guidelines, engineering practices, and processes for the entire client-to-service delivery cycle in Office.
- Create resilient, scalable, and easily maintainable software solutions.
- Employ an experimental, data-driven approach focused on achieving business results.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that prioritizes respect, integrity, and accountability for outcomes.
