Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years of engineering expertise in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with AI technologies and developing services on a large scale
- Proficiency in building applications, libraries, SDKs, and other development platform components
- Capable of passing Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with substantial coding experience OR a Bachelors Degree alongside 2+ years of technical engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency while adhering to Microsofts standards for privacy and security
- Familiarity with LLMs, the Copilot Platform, skills development, advanced prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies is advantageous
- Skillful in navigating ambiguity and aligning technology solutions with key business objectives
- Experience with AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance in production settings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities with a comprehension of object-oriented design and testing solutions for large-scale challenges
- A proactive growth mindset, eager to master new skills and adapt swiftly to new technical areas
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, development, testing, and deployment of services and end-to-end solutions that improve user experiences and meet essential business goals
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, program managers, designers, and partners
- Update and refine development guidelines and engineering practices for Offices end-to-end client-service architecture
- Craft robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Take an experimental, data-informed approach to elevate business outcomes
- Contribute positively to a supportive team environment that emphasizes respect, integrity, and accountability for results
