Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of technical engineering experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, or government security screening requirements
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, along with 2+ years of relevant coding experience, or a Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of coding experience
- Proven experience in addressing customer feedback to enhance product quality
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding fellow engineers
- Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining large scale applications across Windows, Mac, and Web platforms
- At least 2 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and debugging application and frontend code
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user requirements for various features
- Contribute to recognizing dependencies and developing design documentation for product areas with minimal oversight
- Develop and implement high-quality code for products, services, or features while reusing code where feasible
- Accurately estimate implementation times for moderately complex features and manage associated risks
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring services for any degradation or interruptions, and obtaining approval for resolving minor issues
- Stay updated on skills by dedicating time and effort to advancements that enhance product availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance
- Embody company culture and values in daily work
