Requirements
Must:
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND at least 1 year of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND at least 2 years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- OR equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security engineering, threat modeling, review, or design.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check conducted upon hire and every two years thereafter.
- Preferred: More than 3 years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Developer, or DevOps Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automation for setting up attack infrastructure for offensive security teams.
- Create and uphold isolated identity and productivity environments for sensitive work.
- Develop and manage centralized engineering and DevOps systems for red team developers.
- Establish and enforce security standards and monitoring policies that comply with Microsoft security requirements while supporting offensive operations.
- Assist red team operations with necessary infrastructure as needed.
- Exemplify our organizational culture and core values.
