Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and 4+ years of technical engineering experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of experience in relevant programming languages.
- OR a Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of technical experience in C++, C#, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering products from design to production.
- 2+ years in developing and debugging production-level code.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing user interfaces for Windows OS.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, or Rust, along with experience in system-level or mobile application development.
- Experience in incorporating AI technologies into user interfaces, including machine learning models, language models (like GPT), computer vision, or speech synthesis/recognition.
- Complete project development experience, involving research, incubation, and delivery phases of at least one commercial product or feature.
- Skilled in using design tools with the ability to implement design principles in UI development, such as accessibility and usability.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle delivery of prototypes, validating feasibility and guiding product direction from research to production-ready code.
- Develop high-performance systems using C++ and/or C# for desktop, cloud, and embedded platforms, ensuring seamless UI integration.
- Design modern, accessible web UIs utilizing TypeScript and contemporary frameworks, collaborating with designers to achieve exemplary UX.
- Integrate advanced AI technologies to enhance user value and experience.
- Foster collaboration across teams to transition prototypes into live products while mentoring colleagues on engineering and design considerations.
- Write robust C++ and/or C# code targeting various platforms, including desktop, cloud, and embedded systems.
- Construct user interfaces employing web technologies such as TypeScript and CSS.
- Enrich user experiences with cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Create and advocate for high-quality user experiences that exceed customer expectations.
- Adapt easily to a fast-paced setting marked by ambiguity, embodying our culture and values.
