Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 2+ years of technical engineering experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered
- Capacity to fulfill Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and experience with developing secure software systems
- Proficiency in creating single-page web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and state management libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, or similar
- Background in building responsive and accessible user interfaces with HTML5 and CSS3, while adhering to accessibility standards like WCAG
- Knowledge of RESTful API integration and managing asynchronous data
- Familiarity with deploying and maintaining front-end applications, including CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like product managers and security experts to assess customer/user requirements for specific features
- Review product feature code and test code to ensure compliance with team standards and adequate test coverage
- Evaluate code for diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability, determining when it is ready for sharing or delivery
- Conduct tests and explore design options for product features, evaluating pros and cons
- Write and implement code for products or features, reusing existing code as necessary with minimal supervision
- Utilize AI tools and practices effectively throughout the software development lifecycle
- Apply best practices for secure coding and validate security standards during the development process
- Establish security code review standards that align with design principles to enhance security measures for product features
