Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Over 4 years of hands-on technical engineering expertise in system development using programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, Golang, Rust, or Java
- Demonstrated experience in constructing scalable services and securing applications on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with large-scale data systems and associated technologies
- Understanding of artificial intelligence platforms, frameworks, and APIs
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and address complex technical challenges for optimal functionality and scalability
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers
- Passionate about learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends within web, data systems, and AI
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple tasks while adjusting to evolving priorities and timeframes
- Proven track record in fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and team growth
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, low-latency data systems and pipelines for processing and delivering personalized information
- Build and sustain robust data pipelines for monitoring telemetry, product usage, and experimental data
- Create data models and APIs that support Copilot in understanding user context, preferences, and historical data
- Develop real-time and batch personalization mechanisms to adapt Copilots actions
- Work alongside privacy, security, and responsible AI teams to ensure personalization remains safe, transparent, and under user control
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across various workloads and locations
- Deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable code through rigorous testing
- Navigate obstacles effectively to expedite the deployment of user-focused solutions
- Thrive in a dynamic, design-centric product development cycle
- Represent and embody our organizational culture and values
