Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Over 4 years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices, along with experience in building, shipping, and operating production services or client applications
- Proficiency in designing reliable and scalable systems that facilitate rapid iteration and experimentation
- Experience in writing high-quality, maintainable code while managing services end-to-end in a live environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance, reliability, and correctness in high-traffic systems
- Familiarity with supporting or initiating experimentation (A/B testing) in production settings
- Knowledge of experimentation quality, including the formulation of guardrails, the selection of metrics, and strategy for rollout
- An engineering mindset focused on hypothesis-driven development and learning through continuous iteration

Responsibilities
- Drive growth through engineering excellence and robust experimentation
- Design, implement, and refine growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Develop and enhance A/B testing frameworks, metrics, and tools to elevate experimentation quality and confidence
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Design, and Research teams to convert hypotheses into actionable learnings
- Utilize data and telemetry to inform decisions from experiment design to rollout strategies
- Scale effective growth patterns across high-traffic, globally-utilized AI products
- Balance ambitious speed with rigor in a fast-paced, AI-driven engineering setting
