Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- 4+ years of technical engineering experience with programming in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent expertise
- Ability to pass Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to produce large-scale software systems, preferably in AI, machine learning, or graphics
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainties
- Strong inclination to work closely with diverse teams in an inclusive culture
- Established views on investments necessary to create an optimal AI engineering system
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop and enhance training infrastructure and tools for LLMs, SLMs, multimodal, and code-specific models
- Design, construct, and refine services to ensure high scalability and dependability
- Implement services to manage production traffic while meeting security and privacy standards
- Engage in initiatives to enhance engineering practices and systems for maintaining service quality in complex cloud settings
- Aid in the deployment and monitoring of services within production environments
