Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least 4 years of hands-on engineering experience in programming languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience
- Must meet Microsoft, customer, or government security screening requirements for this role, including the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar field and a minimum of 6 years of engineering experience with coding in languages such as C++, C#, Go, Java, or Python
- OR equivalent experience
- Preferred: Over 6 years of technical engineering experience in designing and delivering highly available, large-scale cloud services and distributed systems
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in machine learning or AI systems
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy AI services that facilitate large-scale agent observability for product offerings
- Collaborate closely with product management and partner teams to synchronize technical direction with business objectives
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle and ensure the production readiness of the services you develop, fostering a strong DevOps culture within the team
- Interact with customers to gather insights and address complex challenges
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Microsofts business landscape and work with stakeholders to create integrated, end-to-end experiences for our customers
- Innovate technical solutions and methodologies to enhance the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and overall performance of our products
