Senior Silicon Test Engineer

- Manage product and test engineering activities that support new product development and manufacturing processes. - Participate in silicon bring-up, validation, and readiness for manufacturing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. - Assist in the development of semiconductor IC across all stages, including fabrication, manufacturing tests, and packaging. - Engage in ATE test program development encompassing test method execution, silicon characterization, debugging, and yield evaluation. - Implement defined test plans and methodologies, identifying issues and escalating risks with well-documented technical data. - Utilize knowledge of Design-for-Test (DFT), silicon fabrication processes, product qualification, reliability, and fundamental transistor theory. - Collaborate with design, DFT, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure test readiness and resolve issues. - Gain exposure to various product domains such as high-performance computing, AI, GPUs, and telecommunications relevant to assigned projects. - Employ industry-standard DFT features, including Memory BIST, JTAG, and at-speed testing. - Assist with DFT test content generation, pre-silicon validation, and post-silicon debugging activities. - Support Design DFT teams in simulation and emulation activities for test validation.
