Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline AND 4+ years of experience in security or a related field
- Equivalent experience can be considered
- Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in security or a related field
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hiring/transfer and every two years thereafter
- 5+ years of experience in identifying security vulnerabilities, cybersecurity, or a related security discipline is preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities comprehensively to evaluate the security of services
- Lead Red Team operations utilizing real-world adversarial tactics and techniques to assess a production services detection, investigation, and response capabilities
- Promote security improvements throughout the organization by fostering partnerships and effectively communicating the impact of risks
- Examine a variety of data sources to pinpoint potential security weaknesses and breach points in Microsofts infrastructure
- Develop tools and techniques to enhance and expedite offensive emulation and vulnerability identification
- Collaborate with Blue Teams to boost readiness and create solutions for defenders and clients
- Analyze simulated adversary tactics and communications to enrich our defensive strategies and threat intelligence
