Requirements
Must:
- Doctorate in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Publication history as a lead author or significant contributor at major conferences such as CHI, NeurIPS, UIST, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, AAAI, ICAPS
- Two years of relevant research experience, or equivalent
- Practical experience with large foundation models and modern AI/ML frameworks, such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, Langchain, AutoGen
- Proven software engineering background in building and deploying prototypes, applications, or open-source solutions
- Experience in evaluating AI models or systems, including conducting benchmark experiments and analyzing data
- Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams with strong communication, collaboration, and feedback skills
- Reference letters are appreciated, but not compulsory
Responsibilities
- Innovate outcomes by identifying unmet industry needs and devising original, practical solutions
- Collaborate with various stakeholders both within and outside our organization to foster innovative product and research development
- Identify challenges and analyze relevant information to formulate and assess possible solutions
- Make informed decisions in a dynamic environment, considering various factors such as resources and trade-offs
- Utilize the scientific method for knowledge acquisition through observation, hypothesis testing, and thorough evaluation of results
