Senior Machine Learning Engineer

- Prepare and analyze data for machine learning, pinpointing optimal features and addressing data deficiencies. - Apply machine learning algorithms and conduct large-scale model fine-tuning, especially with both closed and open source LLMs, SLMs, multimodal or task-specific models to resolve real-world customer challenges and yield measurable product and customer outcomes. - Contribute to existing innovations by continually enhancing well-established models and training methodologies through iterative refinements. - Develop evaluation frameworks to gauge model performance, monitor model behavior, conduct systematic benchmarking, and address identified weaknesses while ensuring adherence to customer standards. - Write efficient production code and troubleshoot complex distributed systems. - Provide subject matter expertise in AI domains such as deep learning, Generative AI, NLP, multimodal models, and reinforcement learning to translate cutting-edge research into practical real-world solutions that foster product innovation and business impact. - Demonstrate a profound understanding of small and large language models (SLMs and LLMs) architecture and optimization techniques to tailor out-of-the-box solutions to specific business challenges.
