Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with programming in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience
- Ability to fulfill Microsofts, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, which include specialized security checks
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in designing and implementing agentic AI workflows for data processes
- 5+ years of experience in developing hyperscale distributed platforms and cloud services
- Knowledge of high-scale service architecture, Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage), and modern cloud architectures
- Experience utilizing Large Language Models and applying Machine Learning algorithms for various engineering tasks
- Expertise in solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services or equivalent technologies in AWS or Google Cloud Platform or OCI

Responsibilities
- Address complex challenges in distributed systems and contribute to the vision for AI-enhanced work management
- Design and implement core functionalities for the Task and Work Management platform, ensuring secure and high-quality product delivery and oversight of system architecture and code quality
- Lead the complete delivery of intricate projects featuring AI-powered solutions that are scalable, robust, and meet customer demands as well as business objectives for millions of users
- Integrate an AI-first approach into the design, development, testing, and tooling processes to enhance SDLC workflows with automation and agent orchestration
- Promote engineering excellence through reusable components, accelerators, code generators, and scalable architectures
- Manage technical execution across multiple projects, guaranteeing compliance with best practices, quality benchmarks, and security/privacy regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define architecture, integration strategies, delivery plans, milestones, and risk management approaches
- Optimize delivery models for contemporary AI-native execution, including the integration of automation and intelligent processes
