Requirements
Must:
- Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline AND 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- OR Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline AND 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
- OR Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline AND 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- OR equivalent practical experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening standards
- Strong knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, C++, Python, and Perl
- Understanding of low power microarchitecture techniques
- Experience with complex system-on-chip (SoC) design
- Familiarity with Ethernet, RDMA, TCP/IP, MAC/PCS, Packet forwarding, and data path networking blocks
- Technical team management experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with VSCODE or Cursor IDEs and proficiency in using AI tools for coding and debugging
Responsibilities
- Lead the front-end micro-architecture and RTL implementation of networking accelerator modules to tackle intricate challenges in data centers
- Collaborate with the software team to jointly develop programmable design implementation, verification, and modeling strategies
- Engage in problem-solving across a diverse range of domains necessary for DPU silicon development
- Craft innovative solutions that enhance high performance, low power, and scalable DPU silicon
- Utilize your engineering expertise to address complex issues and contribute to impactful projects
- Leverage this role to advance your career by gaining exposure to various areas of expertise
