Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline AND 12+ years of engineering experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Masters Degree in Computer Science or a similar field AND 10+ years of engineering experience with programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in developing scalable services on public cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- 8+ years experience architecting distributed systems at scale with comprehensive knowledge of systems beyond just cloud frameworks.
- 6+ years of experience in team leadership.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and associated APIs.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks, including deployment and scaling of language learning models.
- Strong capabilities in troubleshooting complex technical issues to enhance performance and user experiences.
- Commitment to producing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code emphasizing quality and security.
- Proven communication skills to convey intricate technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and staying updated with emerging trends in web development and AI technologies.
- Competency to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive work culture that promotes knowledge sharing among team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop secure and high-performing AI Platform services that drive the Copilot experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, infrastructure, application engineers, and AI Researchers to innovate next-generation AI solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested, secure, and maintainable code.
- Navigate challenges effectively to ensure timely delivery of products to users in an iterative manner.
- Thrive in a dynamic, design-centric product development lifecycle.
