Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND at least 6 years of relevant engineering experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - Alternatively, equivalent experience in the field - Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND over 8 years of relevant engineering experience OR Bachelors Degree along with 12+ years of experience in programming - Demonstrated experience leading engineering and machine learning teams - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, UX designers, and security experts - Interest in Responsible AI

Responsibilities

- Develop scalable data pipelines for telemetry ingestion, anomaly identification, and cohort segmentation - Create machine learning-driven insights and integrate them into dashboards and APIs - Establish secure and compliant workflows for managing production logs and conversation data - Facilitate drill-down capabilities linking quantitative metrics to qualitative evidence for actionable context - Work with product managers and data scientists to refine hypotheses and deliver high-performance, user-friendly interfaces - Take charge of the technical strategy for trend detection, cohort analysis, and drill-down workflows - Prototype and implement machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive insights - Maintain compliance and security for data management across various datasets - Work collaboratively with product managers, data scientists, and UX teams to outline the roadmap and establish impactful workflows - Independently write efficient, maintainable, and extendable code and model pipelines - Maintain a customer-centered approach by recognizing customer needs and perspectives - Engage hands-on with observability tools such as metrics, tracing, logs, and model evaluation frameworks
