Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in IT equipment support or related technology, or in delivering large-scale server and network deployment projects
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening standards
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a 24x7x365 production environment
- Preferred: Technical degree or certification in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of physical enterprise-class IT infrastructures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Capability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects independently
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner teams involved in deployment, maintenance, inventory and asset management, security, and compliance to ensure smooth operations at the site
- Nurture relationships with leased facility landlords, IT service providers, and partner support teams
- Take full responsibility for managing all physical infrastructure resources needed to deliver capacity
- Ensure quality control for datacenter-wide IT maintenance support activities across various service lines
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing major incidents at your datacenters and actively partake in their timely resolution
- Oversee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during deployment and asset management processes
- Contribute to both regional and global improvement initiatives as necessary
