Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience in warehouse/supply chain, inventory management, retail, or a similar field OR equivalent experience - Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements - Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) preferred - 2+ years in an IT warehouse/supply chain environment preferred

Responsibilities

- Conduct cycle audits and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries - Ensure accurate completion of Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks in line with company standards - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and expectations - Oversee the destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) according to policies - Document and coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound packages - Maintain and update information in inventory management systems - Perform material movement and facilitate inventory compliance audits - Contribute to development plans and ensure operational execution meets expectations - Notify management of stock shortages and escalate issues as they arise - Comply with security and data management policies, conducting Task Hazard Analysis (THA) - Manage escalations during high-volume activity and make independent task decisions - Initiate warranty claims for faulty equipment and manage the RMA process
