Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in mission-critical service management (e.g., IT services, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, military, or managing operations in an IT or critical infrastructure environment)
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale and complex projects/programs
- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a global enterprise
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture centered on safety, security, and compliance in all data center operations
- Lead and guide a team of high-performing individual contributors, focusing on their talent development
- Oversee data center site services, logistics, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with various internal business units to ensure successful delivery of service levels
- Analyze production operations and implement corrective actions to maintain operational stability
- Establish quality standards for Data Center teams and manage initiatives to completion
- Live by and promote the One Microsoft culture and values, guiding teams through change
