Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in mission-critical service management (e.g., IT services, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, military, or managing operations in an IT or critical infrastructure environment) - Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing large-scale and complex projects/programs - Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in a global enterprise - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
