Requirements

Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years of industry experience - OR 2+ years of industry experience and college coursework - Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements - Preferred: 2+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or physical IT infrastructures - Preferred: Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field - Preferred: Applicable certifications such as ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP

Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to budget requirements and manage costs effectively - Follow safety and security protocols and promptly report any concerns - Perform troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate as necessary to maintain SLA/OLAs - Communicate potential customer impacts of ongoing events and plan accordingly - Review schedules proactively to avoid conflicts and coordinate solutions - Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to meet expectations - Recommend strategies to mitigate maintenance risks and accommodate scheduling needs - Take responsibility for the overall service quality and customer experiences across projects - Uphold and represent our company values and culture
