Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Over 2 years of experience with cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, and related fields.
- Active U.S. Government TOP SECRET Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Skills in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical projects are required.
- Technical certifications in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) preferred.
- Experience contributing to business and technical risk management and governance principles in IT contexts is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for operational excellence and customer satisfaction enhancement is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Engage in operational excellence by adhering to company standards throughout all sales processes with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to meet customer and partner objectives and improve satisfaction.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of blockers to expedite solution deployment and value realization.
- Uncover new opportunities for expanding usage and consumption of Microsoft solutions strategically and effectively.
- Deliver solutions aligned with company methodologies ensuring customer operational readiness and goal achievement.
- Focus on enhancing customer experiences by efficiently addressing dissatisfaction and identifying conditions of success.
- Act as the voice of customers, providing feedback and insights to improve Microsoft products and offerings.
- Guide partners in developing technical offerings and support their initial customer implementations.
- Lead efforts to drive the growth of solution utilization pipelines by unblocking technical challenges in customer deals.
