Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, computer science, or product development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical program management, particularly focusing on Large Language Models, Microsoft Graph, and Semantic Imaging, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of AI Business Solutions foundational technologies, including Copilot, BizApps solutions, large language models, Microsoft Graph, Semantic Imaging, and core M365 applications.
- Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree and over 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Preferred: 4 or more years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of managing technical projects in a Technical Program Management role.
- Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, sales, or finance, where AI solutions are applied to address real-world challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical product launches from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define the impact and requirements of upcoming technical projects.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the team, utilizing expertise in foundational technologies that underpin Copilot and the interoperability across Microsofts product ecosystem.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising on commercial customer scenarios across AI Business Solutions, including Copilot, Teams, BizApps, and other essential business use cases.
- Identify potential risks and design mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any challenges encountered.
- Effectively allocate resources to ensure the team possesses the necessary tools and support to achieve project objectives.
- Implement best practices for testing and validation to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of AI Business Solutions technologies.
- Stay informed about the latest technological advancements, including large language models, semantic indexing, and core M365 applications to enhance project outcomes and processes.
