Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience - Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience OR Bachelors Degree AND 8+ years of experience in similar languages OR equivalent experience (preferred) - Proven experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and automation systems - Strong scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, or similar) - Proficiency in git version control, git-ops, Docker, and Kubernetes - Familiarity with common web toolchains like npm/pnpm and vite - Knowledge of GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills - Experience managing substantial codebases or monorepos - Background in optimizing large build pipelines - Familiar with remote build execution or distributed build systems

Responsibilities

- Design and maintain scalable build systems and associated tools - Enhance build performance, caching, and dependency management - Support cross-platform builds to ensure compatibility - Ensure deterministic and reproducible build processes - Develop and maintain CI pipelines for automated building and testing purposes - Enhance pipeline reliability and minimize build/test latency - Integrate build pipelines with release and deployment frameworks - Design artifact packaging and versioning systems for better management - Facilitate release automation and implement rollback strategies - Manage build metadata and release metrics efficiently - Diagnose and resolve build failures and unstable pipelines - Maintain build infrastructure and associated automation tools - Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot build and dependency conflicts
