Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in CMOS circuit design and mixed signal verification
- Experience with HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, and scripting languages
- Familiarity with SystemVerilog, UVM, and SystemVerilog Assertions
- Strong debugging abilities and effective technical communication skills
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with a Bachelors degree, or 3 years with a Masters degree
- Background in memory product development processes
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration in the semiconductor industry
- Leadership capabilities in managing technical projects
Responsibilities
- Validate DRAM and emerging memory architectures by developing patterns, conducting regressions, and ensuring functional coverage
- Construct and maintain digital and mixed signal test benches, vectors, and workflows
- Troubleshoot failures, assist design teams, monitor issues, and ensure resolution
- Collaborate with global teams to innovate new verification tools and methodologies
- Lead design initiatives and provide mentorship to junior engineers
