Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience considered - At least two years of programming or systems analysis experience required - Up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, programming languages, and testing techniques required - Familiarity with systems design and analysis methods necessary - Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a diverse audience required - Willingness to engage in ongoing professional training and education in systems and insurance required - Experience with Farm Bureau or similar organizations in information technology is preferred
