Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience may be considered
- Relevant training and certification in information technology is mandatory
- Four to six years of experience in related technical roles, with at least two years in software release management within an enterprise environment
- Experience providing production support for a multi-tier website in a technical capacity
- Strong aptitude for software configuration management processes and release management engineering
- Clear and concise communication skills, tailored for diverse audiences
- Preferred:
- Expertise in the insurance domain
- Proficiency in scripting for the automation of build, deployment, and testing of .NET and Java applications
Responsibilities
- Plan, construct, schedule, and monitor modifications to source code across all environments, including development, quality assurance, staging, and production
- Collaborate with team members to create and uphold a consistent release process and reliable release schedules for each environment
- Operate within the Microsoft Windows Server framework to construct and deploy software releases to all solution environments
- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and expertise between development and technical infrastructure teams
- Identify application software build files, analyze their code, and replicate builds, incorporating any new changes to the code base
- Create and implement automated build scripts using approved compilation and build tools as the standard method for deploying build packages
