Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience in a specialized field.
- Relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
- Strong engineering background, ideally in the Technology & Telecoms sector.
- Expertise in crafting and executing test plans and protocols.
- Familiarity with testing equipment calibration and upkeep.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Awareness of industry standards and regulations concerning testing and safety.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive test plans, hardware, software, and associated documentation.
- Supervise the execution of electrical and environmental tests as necessary.
- Design specialized testing apparatus and establish clear operating instructions.
- Conduct vibration, shock, thermal, altitude, power, and RF testing as required.
- Evaluate test data, diagnose issues, and resolve product defects.
- Work alongside RF, Manufacturing, Mechanical, and Quality Engineering teams to tackle product challenges.
- Guide the review and approval process for test plans and reports.
- Spot opportunities to enhance test yield, coverage, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
