Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Office 365, and VPN systems.
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with network connectivity and printer troubleshooting.
- Capacity to document technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Team-oriented approach with an emphasis on collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-2 technical support for desks, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Address and troubleshoot issues related to Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Respond to technical inquiries and accurately document resolutions.
- Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity challenges.
- Support new hires with hardware and software setup during onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to company technology policies and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems.
Description

This temporary position is based in NYC and offers an hourly pay ranging from $27 to $33 USD.
