Fiber Optic Solutions Architect

- Design and plan fiber infrastructure to support servers, networking systems, and storage in AI-driven Data Centers - Generate precise cable length calculations, often under tight design deadlines, including mass-generation for multi-rack setups and expansive data halls - Oversee, validate, and prioritize cable length generation for rapid client design cycles, bid schedules, and large-scale deployment timelines - Develop technical blueprints, elevations, cut sheets, connectivity maps, and structured documentation for Data Center architectures - Ensure compliance of all infrastructure designs with applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements - Assess and strategize infrastructure needs related to power distribution, cooling, utilities, and equipment positioning - Conduct performance testing and system tuning to guarantee optimal delivery and operational reliability of deployed solutions - Assist customers on their AI Data Center journey, including workflow pipelines, orchestration, and performance optimization - Provide pre- and post-sales engineering support while collaborating with Sales to define technical specifications and customer-oriented solutions - Offer expertise in cluster/pod architecture, cable and patch panel design, cable management, integration, and installation practices - Partner with service providers to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction - Present technical solutions to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and C-suite executives - Evaluate solution trade-offs and guide enterprise customers on optimal architectures and implementation strategies - Keep thorough documentation throughout the design, deployment, and transition process
