Requirements
Must:
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, preferably in luxury retail, retail, food & beverage, etc.
- Proven history of supporting end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes within the business services sector.
- Familiarity with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
- Proficient in MuleSoft or other Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tools.
- Strong capability to effectively analyze and document business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and record O2C and P2P business workflows to pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and delineate business needs.
- Design and implement solutions that streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business divisions to ensure cohesive alignment.
- Create in-depth functional specifications for system upgrades and implementations.
- Assist in the testing, training, and rollout of new systems or updates.
- Provide continual support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in business services and technology.
