Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience with Slack or Enterprise-level communication tools
- Familiarity with OKTA and OnePassword
- Knowledge of JAMPT/JAMF for device management
- Competent in using Jira for task management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Mac systems
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff
- Assist with setting up and configuring laptops and other equipment
- Handle equipment deliveries, including unpacking and assembly
- Perform minor physical tasks such as transporting equipment
- Collaborate with team members to tackle a variety of tasks
- Maintain a positive attitude while assisting with diverse needs
