Requirements

Must:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Issued Top Secret with SCI security clearance. - Bachelors degree in a technical discipline is preferred; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of education. - Possession of DoD 8140 certification relevant to the 441 Network Operations Specialist work role, such as Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security. - Over 10 years of experience in network engineering focusing primarily on enterprise wireless networking. - Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex enterprise WiFi environments. - Practical experience in conducting predictive and physical wireless site surveys, including RF analysis and performance validation. - Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve RF interference, coverage, and capacity challenges in operational settings. - Hands-on experience managing wireless LAN controllers and enterprise access points. - In-depth understanding of RF propagation and interference mitigation strategies. - Experience with HPE Aruba controllers and access points supporting 802.11ax and 802.11be standards. - Familiarity with Cisco wireless, Ubiquiti, and Ericsson edge solutions. - Relevant experience integrating wireless solutions with security systems and overseeing endpoint connectivity. - Ability to deliver immediate contributions with minimal training in a critical operational environment. - Required technical certifications include CWSP or an equivalent vendor wireless professional certification and Security+.

Responsibilities

- Conduct predictive and physical RF site surveys. - Design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless networks. - Diagnose RF interference and troubleshoot wireless performance challenges. - Support and maintain wireless controllers and access points. - Engage actively in Agile execution and contribute to technical discussions. - Clearly communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Make immediate contributions in mission-critical environments with minimal ramp-up time. - Build and foster strong trust with customers through technical acumen, responsiveness, and consistency.
