Director of IT and Technology Solutions

- Oversee the integration and maintenance of core technology systems, including EMR, CRM, and patient engagement platforms - Ensure continuous performance and secure data flow between systems in collaboration with the Growth and Data team - Support system upgrades, patches, and version controls across enterprise applications - Monitor system performance, proactively resolving integration issues - Ensure infrastructure readiness for new system rollouts - Provide technical guidance during enterprise platform changes - Standardize connectivity, firewalls, cloud environments, and endpoint management - Maintain operational uptime for clinic and corporate systems - Lead planning for disaster recovery and business continuity - Manage compliance with HIPAA security and conduct annual risk assessments - Supervise endpoint protection, patch management, and data encryption efforts - Direct identity and access management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and least privilege controls - Oversee cybersecurity vendor relationships and incident response preparedness - Lead help desk operations for over 700 employees - Manage the ticketing system, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation processes - Track response times, resolution metrics, and address recurring issues - Ensure timely provision of devices and system access for new employees - Execute immediate access revocation during employee offboarding - Conduct periodic access audits with HR - Standardize IT setups for launching new clinics - Coordinate ISP services, networking, and device provisioning for new sites - Maintain backup connectivity solutions for high-traffic clinics - Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM), asset inventory, and lifecycle planning for devices - Create and enhance internal knowledge database and support documentation
