Requirements
Must:
- 3-5+ years of experience in software development with hands-on experience in configuring, developing, and maintaining IBM TRIRIGA applications.
- Proficient in TRIRIGA platform tools, Java, SQL, and HTML/XML.
- Skilled in troubleshooting application logic, workflows, and database queries.
- Strong grasp of secure software development life cycles (SDLC) in FedRAMP Moderate or High cloud settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with TRIRIGA versions 11.5/11.6 or preparing for MAS/MREF 9.x migrations.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2021 integrations (CAD Integrator) and BIRT (Eclipse IDE 4.6) report development.
- Background in supporting federal civilian agencies or Department of Defense real property systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, configuring, and maintaining TRIRIGA applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Manage development tasks from backlogs, focusing on bug fixes and technical debt to safeguard the MREF migration path.
- Provide Tier 2 & 3 help desk support, performing advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex user incidents.
- Develop, test, and deploy code, ensuring compliance with federal standards and IRS Change Control Board processes.
- Conduct necessary deployments and thorough regression testing during off-hours to maintain 99.9% availability for users.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex automated data transfers (ETL processes) and create custom BIRT reports or SQL queries for IRS stakeholders.
