Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient in SCCM and remote management tools
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols
- Familiar with macOS and Windows OS (60% Windows, 40% macOS/iOS)
- Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows & macOS
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email, web clients, and antivirus software
- Skilled in troubleshooting peripherals and handheld devices
- Understanding of desktop security standards
- Familiarity with trouble ticket systems like Service Now or ZenDesk
- Working knowledge of networks and network administration
- Proficient in data recovery tools and Microsoft Exchange
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide professional end-user training and support
- Must provide a personal mobile device for business communications
Responsibilities
- Offer Tier 2 frontline client support and assist faculty and staff
- Utilize technical tools for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Manage IT user administration and account management tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support in various environments
- Maintain and configure devices and software based on user needs

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and support
