Requirements
Must:
- I seek candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a Support Desk role.
- Experience in imaging, standardizing, and configuring desktops and laptops is essential.
- Familiarity with networking equipment, including routers, firewalls, access points, and switches, is required.
- Proficiency in Office 365 is a must.
- A background in healthcare is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to manage user access in accordance with our security protocols.
- You will be the initial point of contact for customers requiring technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Your role will involve conducting remote and onsite troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
- You will need to follow up and update customer status and information regularly.
- It's essential to document incidents, issues, and solutions within our Zoho ticketing system.
- Collaborating with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to order and deploy hardware for both new and existing staff will be part of your responsibilities.
- Participation in IT project implementation guidelines, including upgrades, training, and troubleshooting, is expected.
- Resolving level 1 support and maintenance issues in our standard applications (like CRM and EHR) will also be part of your duties.
- Additionally, I may assign other duties as needed.
