Requirements
Must:
- Background in software support and associated experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with CSVs and data manipulation
- Experience in managing websites or digital SaaS platforms, including eCommerce systems
- Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with IFRAMEs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS functions on the web
- Basic HTML and CSS authoring skills are preferred
Responsibilities
- Commuting daily to our east side Milwaukee office
- Timely response to incoming customer service inquiries, providing clear guidance for using the MetaLocator platform
- Offering onboarding assistance to customers, assessing the quality and readiness of their data
- Escalating requests to relevant colleagues for advanced technical, sales, or policy concerns
- Giving feedback to the team on recurring customer service challenges
- Editing and creating software documentation, including screenshots and step-by-step guides, in response to customer queries
- Participating in software feature testing to support Quality Assurance
- Identifying, discovering, and documenting software bugs and the steps to reproduce them
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
