Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML or AI architecture
- Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio)
- Familiar with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
- Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
- Proven track record in designing enterprise AI architectures
- Strong understanding of programming with Python, APIs, and microservices
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Background in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce
- Knowledge of data architecture, governance, and security measures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and structure AI/Generative AI solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot
- Lead the creation of AI-driven enterprise applications using Azure OpenAI and associated services
- Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI architecture
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint AI use cases and transformation possibilities
- Integrate Copilot solutions into existing enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, collaboration tools)
- Ensure the application of responsible AI practices, covering governance, security, and compliance
- Guide teams in prompt engineering, model optimization, and AI workflow improvements
- Propel automation and productivity enhancements through the use of AI copilots
- Oversee the complete AI lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams
