Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of desktop support or help desk experience in a dynamic environment, preferably with hands-on skills. A strong foundation in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is essential. Familiarity with Active Directory, including password resets and basic account administration, is also required. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide first-line technical support to end-users through various channels including phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions. My duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues involving PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. I will perform system setups, configurations, upgrades, and installations for both new and existing users. Furthermore, I will troubleshoot connectivity and basic networking issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and document problems, resolutions, and escalate any unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed. Additionally, I will maintain and track IT assets to ensure compliance with company standards and deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, following up on tickets, and communicating effectively with non-technical users. I will assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including account setups and access rights management. I am also expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and may be required to work after hours and on weekends for projects.
Description
This position is full-time, with a salary range of $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually.
