Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in SAP WM Analyst roles, specifically within ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP WM processes, including inventory management, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Familiarity with EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) and its integration with SD, PP, and QM modules.
- Experience in integrating RF (Radio Frequency) technology with SAP WM.
- Proficient in barcode scanning solutions and automation techniques within SAP WM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly for addressing intricate SAP challenges.
- Practical experience in SAP implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for SAP WM in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Deliver expert-level troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements for warehouse and inventory management operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, supply chain, and IT to identify business needs and convert them into SAP solutions.
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and optimizations to facilitate seamless transitions between different SAP versions.
- Develop and uphold functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, and system integrations.
- Offer user training and support to ensure warehouse staff can effectively utilize SAP WM functionalities.
- Partner with ABAP developers to conceptualize, test, and launch customized solutions as required.
- Conduct system testing and validation to confirm adherence to business and technical needs.
- Maintain current documentation of system configurations, workflows, and business procedures.
- Support integration efforts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external warehouse management systems.
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Analyst to enhance and optimize our warehouse management processes within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
