Requirements
Must:
- BS or BA in a relevant field
- Current certification in Epic Resolute PB and/or Epic Resolute HB
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with clinical and/or financial applications in a healthcare or physician practice environment preferred, or 3-5 years of relevant clinical, business, or technical experience
- Proven progressive experience with information systems, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communication, process redesign, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with nursing, clinical providers, technical, and business professionals
- Capability to engage with diverse users possessing varying levels of computer expertise
- Commitment to implementing best practices in IT system integrity and building standards

- Define and articulate systems scope and objectives based on user requirements
- Understand industry standards and applicable clinical, business, and infrastructure systems
- Develop or adjust systems to resolve complex challenges, factoring in equipment capacity, capabilities, limitations, cost-effectiveness, and desired outcomes
- Analyze clinical, business, and user needs, along with regulatory and documentation requirements, translating these into specifications for technical staff
- Lead IT deployment and optimization efforts to meet organizational goals for clinical, infrastructure, and business performance enhancement
- Provide expertise in clinical, technical, and business matters to transform data into meaningful information and actionable insights for daily operations
