Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - capable of establishing rapport with varied audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid Oregon Driver License
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with community partners, businesses, and organizations to enhance group memberships
- Attend and represent Mercy Flights at community events, fairs, and meetings
- Address inquiries regarding membership benefits, pricing, and coverage details
- Monitor and report sales activities, leads, and conversions utilizing CRM tools
- Collaborate with the Membership team to assist with marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
- Aid in onboarding new members and ensure accurate data entry in the membership system
- Deliver exceptional customer support and follow-up for prospective and current members
- Stay informed about Mercy Flights services and effectively convey the value of the program
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual membership sales targets
