Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, either native or hybrid.
- Solid experience in native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin/Java).
- Proficient in reading, understanding, and debugging native codebases.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the React ecosystem.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, MobX, or Context API.
- Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Jenkins).
- Preference for candidates experienced in developing large-scale React Native applications using TypeScript.
- Knowledge of modern native UI frameworks, including SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
- Understanding of micro-frontend or module-based architectures in mobile apps.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and offline storage solutions.
- Experience in AI-powered development practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of new features for our mobile application using React Native.
- Design and implement a robust, scalable, and maintainable architecture (e.g., Redux/Zustand, MVVM patterns).
- Identify performance bottlenecks in the JavaScript layer and the bridge, and resolve them.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain custom native modules for iOS and Android to enhance React Native capabilities as needed.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
