Must:
- Education: I hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience: I have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly focusing on AI and automation technologies. I am familiar with tools such as Power Automate, Open AI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Agent, and AI Services. - Technical Skills: I possess a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation tools, or I have the ability and aptitude to learn these technologies quickly. - Leadership: I have demonstrated my ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch. - Analytical Skills: I exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions. - Communication: I possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, allowing me to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively. - Customer Focus: I maintain a strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record in gathering and incorporating customer feedback into product development. - Project Management: I am proficient in project management methodologies and have a history of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Agile Methodologies: I have experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks and can lead Agile development teams while assisting in overcoming blockers across multiple teams. - Innovation: I have a passion for innovation and continuously stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation.

Responsibilities

- Product Strategy and Vision: I assist leadership in developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy for AI and automation solutions in alignment with the company’s goals and market demands. - Roadmap Development: I create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule of AI and automation features and products. - Stakeholder Management: I collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, data scientists, and clients, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Product Development: I lead the product development lifecycle across multiple teams, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. - Market Analysis: I conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the AI and automation space. - Customer Focus: I engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product development process to enhance user satisfaction. - Technical Expertise: I assist the AI and Automation Center of Excellence team in providing technical guidance and support to development teams, helping to remove blockers and ensure the implementation of best practices and innovative AI and automation techniques. - Performance Monitoring: I define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI and automation products, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. - Documentation and Training: I develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation while providing training and support to internal teams and customers. - Communication: I communicate status, issues, and risks to the leadership team weekly and convey the value of the program to executives and stakeholders through meetings and Town Halls to promote the program across the organization.
