Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management, or clinical practice (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Proven experience in negotiating with external vendors and internal teams
- Proficient in collecting and analyzing financial data
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business needs (both in-state and out-of-state)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word (including inserting headers, page breaks, and tables)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including applying themes and formatting slides)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including using functions, setting borders, and inserting charts)
Responsibilities
- Identify and innovate new products, overseeing each phase until market launch
- Craft and execute in-depth marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for existing products, encompassing product and pricing strategy, as well as brand management
- Analyze monthly financial performance to identify trends and provide solutions for negative sales or cost issues; forecast product revenues and expenses accordingly
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to decrease Cost of Goods by evaluating packaging and sourcing alternatives; manage inventory by minimizing surplus and optimizing SKU counts
- Analyze and bid on contracts for assigned product categories in GPO and/or Integrated Delivery Networks
- Create and deliver training materials for internal stakeholders and sales teams, enhancing sales tools
- Conduct market research and leverage findings to drive new product developments and enhancements with a cross-functional team
- Travel with the sales team to assist in converting customers to our products, ensuring timely follow-up and addressing product inquiries via email and phone
